Care Guide
Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle, 30°C maximum, in a mesh bag on the lowest spin. Hand washing is gentler still.
Use a pH-neutral silk detergent. Never fabric softener, never bleach, and never a standard detergent — most contain enzymes that break down protein, and silk is a protein.
Never wring. Press the water out between two towels, then air dry flat in the shade.
Iron inside out on the silk setting, 110°C maximum, while the fabric is still slightly damp.
Cared for this way, silk keeps its sheen for years.

A small piece in the same 19 momme mulberry silk as the rest of the bed. Contoured to sit close, made to shut the light out, finished with the same quiet sheen as MV01.

Woven from mulberry silk
A natural protein fibre with a fluid drape, 19 momme, the same cloth as the pillowcase and the sheets. Made to keep its lustre wash after wash.

Light enough to live on the bedside or in a suitcase. Cold delicate cycle in a mesh bag, a silk detergent, air dry in the shade — the same care as the rest of the capsule.
