Shipping policy

Free Worldwide Shipping

Every Maison Veloura order ships free of charge, worldwide, with no minimum purchase. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import charges (see below).

Express Shipping

Prefer to receive your order sooner? Express Shipping is available at checkout for 7,99 €. Express orders receive priority handling and ship first.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery from checkout:

Standard Shipping (free): 12 to 15 business days

Express Shipping: 8 to 10 business days

These delivery times include order processing and are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays or carrier delays may occasionally add time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to activate.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered within the European Union include all applicable taxes: no additional charges on delivery. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at maisonvelourapro@gmail.com. If the order has not shipped yet, we will correct it. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped or refunded once received back.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us at maisonvelourapro@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
