Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right applies in addition to, and without limiting, your statutory guarantees.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at maisonvelourapro@gmail.com, using the model withdrawal form below or any other unambiguous statement. You then have 14 days from your notification to send the items back to us.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. You may inspect the items as you would in a store, but items showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics may be subject to a deduction for diminished value.

How to Return

We will confirm the return address and provide simple instructions.
Ship the items back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit without proof of shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or once you provide proof of shipment, we will refund you within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method as your original order.

The refund covers the full amount paid for the returned items. No refund fees are charged. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 3 to 10 additional business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different color or size is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us at maisonvelourapro@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind right after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Statutory Guarantees

In addition to this policy, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions of Sale. These guarantees apply free of charge.
