Write to us to our mail : maisonvelourapro@gmail.com or use the contact form and we will reply with where to send it. Any brand, any silk, but it must be silk: check the composition label. It should also arrive washed and dry; it comes to a work table, not an industrial sorter.

Once your parcel reaches us we confirm within two business days and send your code by email. One code per customer, valid three months, usable across the whole site and not combinable with other offers. Postage to us is yours.

BUT WHAT BECOMES OF IT?
We do not recycle silk. Recycling returns a fibre to yarn, and that takes an industrial line we do not have. What we do is cut: worn silk becomes scrunchies, eye masks and pouches. What cannot be cut goes to a textile collection point.
Before you send it
What can I send you?
Any silk, from any brand — it does not have to be ours. The one condition is that it is genuinely silk, so check the composition label before you send it. If the label says satin, it is almost certainly polyester and we cannot use it.
Where do I send it?
Write to us first, or use the contact form. We reply with the address and confirm what you are sending. We do this by message rather than publishing an address, so we can check the fabric before anything travels.
Who pays for postage?
You do. We are a small studio, and an international prepaid label would cost more than the discount it earns you. We would rather put that money into what happens to the fabric afterwards. Standard post is fine.
When do I get my 10%?
We confirm receipt within two business days and send your code by email. It is valid for three months across the whole site, one per customer, and it cannot be combined with other offers. There is no deadline to send.
What do you actually do with it?
