Terms of sale

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all orders placed on this website, operated under the trade name Maison Veloura.
2. Products
We sell satin and velour bedding and sleep accessories. Product characteristics, composition, dimensions, and care instructions are described on each product page. Photographs are as faithful as possible; slight variations may occur due to individual screen settings and the natural sheen of the fabrics.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included for deliveries within the European Union. Standard shipping is free worldwide. Optional Express Shipping is available at the price displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price displayed when you place your order. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected; affected orders will be cancelled and refunded in full.
4. Ordering
Your order is confirmed once payment is validated. You will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment incident, suspected fraud, or an obvious error in the listing.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, through the secure payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment details are processed by certified payment providers; we never store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, methods, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, standard shipping (free) is delivered within 12 to 15 business days, and Express Shipping within 8 to 10 business days. In the event of late delivery, you may set a reasonable additional deadline and, if the order is still not delivered, cancel the order and receive a full refund.
7. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving any reason, and a further 14 days to return the items. The full procedure, conditions, and model withdrawal form are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Statutory Guarantees
Independently of any commercial policy, you benefit from:
- The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code): for 2 years from delivery, you are entitled to repair or replacement of a non-conforming item, or failing that, a price reduction or a refund.
- The legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code): for 2 years from discovery of the defect, you may choose between rescinding the sale or a price reduction.

9. Liability
We are liable for direct and foreseeable damage caused by a breach of our obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is protected by intellectual property law, as set out in our Terms of Service.
12. Mediation and Disputes

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
