BEHIND MAISON VELOURA.

Born from a love of slow evenings, timeless elegance, and the comfort of feeling beautifully yourself.

How it started.

Maison Veloura™ began with a single conviction: the hours you spend asleep are not lost time, but the most intimate part of your day. There is a precise second, when your face meets a cool, smooth pillow, when the day finally lets go of you. We built Maison Veloura around that second.

Most bedding is treated as a commodity: bought once, forgotten, replaced. We saw it differently. You spend close to a third of your life in bed, and that time deserves a material chosen with intention. So we set out from Paris to put mulberry silk at the centre of a nightly ritual, never as an afterthought.

What we believe.

Sleep is self-care.
The last thing you touch before you close your eyes shapes the morning that follows. We treat that moment as something worth designing for.

Not all silk is the same.
We choose ours by weight rather than by price: our pillowcases are 19 momme, heavy enough to be slept on and washed every few days. The difference is something you feel from the first night.

Made to be kept.
Beauty that lasts is the only beauty worth selling. Every piece is built to stay with you, wash after wash, year after year.

Why silk?

Cotton drags. Its fibres create friction against your hair and skin through the night, and friction is rarely kind. Silk behaves differently. Its naturally smooth surface lets your hair glide rather than snag, which can mean fewer tangles and less of the breakage that friction tends to encourage.

The same surface stays gentle on your skin. A silk pillowcase draws less moisture from your face than cotton usually does, and its smoothness helps reduce the sleep creases you sometimes carry into the morning. And unlike polyester satin, silk genuinely breathes: it moves warmth away instead of holding it in, so you settle rather than overheat. None of this asks anything of you. You simply lie down, and the surface does the rest.

Our promises to you.

Silk you can verify. 100% mulberry silk, 19 momme, woven from OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabric. Designed in Paris, woven in China by the mills that have made mulberry silk for generations. We would rather tell you than let you wonder.

Free worldwide shipping. Wherever you are, your order reaches your door at no extra cost.

Considered materials. We select our mulberry silk for how it feels and how it lasts, never to cut a corner.

Built to outlast. Our pieces are designed to outlive fast bedding by years, which makes them the more considered choice, not only the more beautiful one.

Care made simple. Clear care guidance comes with every order, so your bedding keeps its hand and its colour over time.

THE CONSIDERED CHOICE.

We do not lead with sustainability slogans. We lead with longevity. Bedding that lasts is bedding you replace less often, and that is better for your home and for the world it sits in. Quality, kept for years, is the most honest form of responsibility we know.
