Is the Maison Veloura Members Club free?
Yes. Membership is completely free and no subscription is required.
Do I need an account before I shop?
Yes. Create your account before ordering and always use the same email address so eligible purchases can earn points.
How do I earn points on purchases?
Members earn 3 Veloura Points for every eligible €1 spent on Maison Veloura products.
How do I use my points?
Once you reach 500 points, exchange them for a €5 reward.
Where can I see my balance?
Sign in through the Members Club link in the menu. Members are taken directly to their private rewards space.
Can I combine a member reward?
No. A Members Club reward code cannot be combined with another promotional code.
Do my Veloura Points expire?
Veloura Points do not currently expire. Once issued, a €5 reward code is valid for six months.
